“I’m not perfect, no I’m not.
I’m not perfect, but I’ve got what I’ve got.
I do my very best, do my very best, do my very best each day.
No I’m not perfect, and I hope you like me that way.”
I would never tell you how to parent, or judge you as a parent. I firmly believe that we’re all doing the best we can. However, there’s a lot going on in our world that affects our kids. The things we say and do as parents can have an enormous impact on our kids – from how we feed them, to how we discipline, to the media we allow in our homes. I think about these issues a lot, and I’m hoping to help someone by raising them here. If you agree with me, or you think you have a better answer, I hope you’ll share your thoughts as well.
